Such terrible service! So many out of stock items but the Mr Price App shows that they are there and available. Have items on the shelves for sell, but they are incomplete, with missing parts. Disgusting experience at this super Mr Price Home

A very big Mr Price Home with a large variety. Large bedding section with duvets, sheets, pillowcases and throw cushions. Bathroom items, kiddies section and curtains and blinds. Upstairs has kitchenware and plant pots. Decent furniture section with numerous types of chairs and stools on display. The staff were not at all helpful sending me from section to section and I stood in the queue for a long time with little to no staff manning the tills or willing to assist.

I am not sure why this store has a review section as it is quite clear that no one has taken the time to read any of the reviews. 2 years ago, 11 months ago and 4 months ago, customers complaining about getting through to this store and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I have tried calling today and no one answers the landline or cell no provided. This is NO SERVICE, never mind poor service!!!!!!!

From my experience, the lady at the pay station was friendly and keen to assist. Even when I paid for one of my items which was a bulb, she checked and saw that there wasn't any bulb in the box. I would have left without noticing. Thanks for that.

Impossible to reach using contact number on internet. I phoned them, was apparently put on hold and cut off. I stay 20 km from Design Quarter and wanted to enquire about availability of stock. I cannot rate the service because there is no service.

This store is so slow they never respond to the phone , The stuff procrastinate and have a very low turn around time , You dial them over 7 times a day either the phone cuts or they blatantly ignore the calls. Totally unacceptable
