  Hi My name is Mpho. The service is overwhelming and staff members a very loyal. Last week I forgot my bank card at the counter when l was buying Makita wood trimming machine. The following day when I realized I made a call to the to office for the whereabouts of my card. The lady assisted me was so kind that she called to the store to investigate. Within a few minutes time she came back to me as she promised and told me that my card is brought to returns office & I must come collect it any time. That was good news for me and was the end me panicking. I was so impressed she was so open hearted to help me and quick to respond. The customer service at Leroy Merlin in Greenstone is perfect & Marvelous, I must say.

  I'm happy with the store. I was able to get everything I needed. Received the most excellent service ever from Bridgette and Tasha on my way out and I must say keep it up ladies .

  Cedric helped me to find a greenhouse online making suggestions as to similar products. He arranged for the greenhouse to be kept for me at the store. I picked up today.
  
  Given that I ordered and cancelled with two other leading SA retailers due to stock and delivery issues, the service from Leroy Merlin was outstanding.
  
  Also want to spend more time in this beautiful shop in Greenstone.
  
  Well done and thanks for the great service!

  I was so hopeful that Leroy Merlin could be a step up in the service we get from mass hardware stores. Unfortunately my experience is that they are a lot worse.
  After placing an order ON THEIR WEBSITE and paying by credit card (the money has come off my account and I have a payment reference) AND receiving an order confirmation, I get to the store to pick up my order. I give in my order number and sit down to wait.
  After an hour of people avoiding me, someone finally comes up to me and tells me that their accounts did not receive the money, so they can't help me. I showed them the payment reference, but they were uninterested in even following it up.
  An email to the customer care e-mail address, to date, has not even returned a "your mail is valuable to us". No response at all. It was sent more than two weeks ago.
  I will be shopping at Builders. It is closer and the service is better.

  What an amazing shop. Loved it. Such a great variety of everything.
  They have acrylic craft paints but no canvasses for painting though.
  Would have loved more time in the store. Was In a hurry. Had some wood cut. Walter in the wood dept was Amazing and so helpful. Stunning wall paper. Stunning home decor stuff and also space saver ideas.
  A must visit. I will be back.
