They forget about you as if not important. The higher the cost of the goods you purchase the more attention you get. Buying something and asking for a discount is a no-go. Answer you get back from the salesman is that it comes of his salary. What utter nonsense. Bought an engine there 6 days ago and had to go back to collect parts that was broken. Sitting with a sump that's got a hole in. Noisy engine on start up. Spoke to manager and asked for Mike's contact or for him to contact me but to no avail. Told that he does not speak to clients. Even sent an email. Is it just me. Still awaiting a response. Was told by Mike himself about 25 days ago to contact him when back. Was abroad at the time. I'll wait patiently

I am and was Most Likely, one of the First to purchase an imported Car Engine At Mikes Place in 1999.
I still frequent the factory shop as I have been getting a great service from Mike and His Team.
