Great service from Eugene in buying a new bakkie. Had been to another dealer before & can only say from the 1st time I visited Kelfords to when Eugene spent much time going over the vehicle with me at the hand over was a really positive experience. Always friendly, always open to make a plan where he could & great back up team.
To top it all their pricing was excellent.
They treated me as If I was buying a top of the range item & yet I purchased a entry level bakkie.
If u buying a ford or it's a consideration ensure you give them the opportunity at getting involved.

Worst service I ever got from a car dealership. You constantly need to follow up, as no one keeps you up to date. My car was 5 days at the dealership and no work was done. Had to take my car to a different workshop. I will never again go to this dealership

The sales team had me under the impression that a car I was interested in buying was still available. Instead of notifying me that the car had been sold, I drove all the way to Somerset West from Diep River. A bad experience and I won't return again.

Very disappointed with the dealership, although the sale went through without any problems the after sale service is pathetic. Paid for a towbar on my new car but 3 months later the accessory still has not been fitted. Calling it a technical issue yet Ford SA has made no public statement of this issue. No feedback from dealership unless I phone. Does not return calls or provide feedback.

WOW!!!! I went to Kelfords in Strand looking for a part, they explained to me that their parts department is in Somerset West. I had no idea how to get there so the driver offered to drive in front of me. Thanks guys.

Open on weekends, but no test drives on weekends. This seems to be a common problem. I also found the sales person to be a bit pushy and irritating.

Excellent service from the Kelfords team! I recently had my car serviced by the team. They picked up my car in Rondebosch, lent me a car for the day and then dropped my car off once it had been serviced. Definitely some of the best service I've experienced in a long time!
