Someone stuck a screwdriver into my tyre causing me to have to replace it. I was parked right in front of GHT. Yet they were reluctant to allow me to examine the camera footage of their camera facing the crime scene.

Professional and friendly staff. Good service. Just not happy with idea that I have to buy back my old tyres if I want to take them. They say the price is factored into what they charge for the new tyres but what happens if I am buying to take away and not need them to fit them for me All other services like balancing, alignment and nitrogen get billed for. May need to review policy or communicate prior to purchase these terms so one knows beforehand and not read from the receipt after payment.

Will never return to Goodhope Tyres Goodwood. Wasted 3 hours of 2 of our Saturdays only to get pathetic service and management not interested in when we speak to them. Offering a refund doesn't solve problems. Change your attitude!
