  Very bad customer service, appointments not honoured and you don't even get notified of the reason behind the delays!! Definitely looking for a new Dr, though Dr Kloppers is the bad

  All of a sudden, I receive an invoice with a threat to be charged with collection fees. I never even received a letter to say that I owed. The administration is weak and for me, the lack of admin in a company shows the lack of substance and value.

  Highly unhappy with the treatment and service. There is not even a complaints line or contact. So I wrote a review on their fb page. Noticed that they removed my review. So customer's opinion doesn't matter? Are we not allowed to be honest or complain that we paying a very pricey consultation fee and not receiving anything near to what the price is worth? Staff and doctor I saw are highly unfriendly. Made me feel as though they were doing me a favour. I was in so much pain that morning and they kept looking at me as though I was pathetic and the manner in which they spoke to me was uncaring and unfriendly. Felt like I was "wasting their time."
  I am a chronic bronchitis and tonsilitis sufferer. In Durban I received good, helpful service from doctors. New to Midrand I went here. Made an appointment and when I walked in the receptionist spoke to me as though she couldn't find my appointment and that I was lieing about making a booking. Tried telling the doctor about my problem, he was so uninterested and ignored everything I told him. Prescribed me medication which I told him I've had before and it didn't help. He didn't care and said I have to take that. Antibiotic course done last week and today I still have swollen tonsils. Now I had to make an appointment with a different doctor from another practice because I cant afford to spend money on such a heavy consultation fee yet recieve no help . Definately never going here again.

  We were attended to in a friendly manner although the lady at the counter didn't give us enough explanations on protocols making us to nearly pay for something we weren't sure of the otherwise they're cool.

  It was a great experience being there for my eye treatment in the past 2years,and l was there this week for vaccine,the service hasn't change.You will be always my priority.Thank you,,,,
