  I have been waiting over an hour to be seen even though I made an appointment, this is apparently because the doctor is "so thorough." Please schedule appointments accordingly as we all don't have all day to sit here.

  Doctor was awful. Didn't listen and then wrote a repeat script wrong. Now have to find, and pay, someone else to fix it. Exactly what you expect from Medicross.

  The receptionists there urgently need telephone manner training I had such an unwelcoming assistance and when I got there my booking was not done and still they were very slow to even fix their error if it wasn't my son's appointment I would've left. So disappointing

  My appointment was scheduled for a specific time. I've been waiting for over an hour already and there is no interaction from the staff whatsoever. So far, it's been pretty bad service.

  Kindly do a proper screening of the people that are responsible for answering the calls for appointments. I had a terrible experience recently with the lady I spoke to on the 27th of December 2017. She was rude, sarcastic and unwelcoming.
