Edit: New AMG Performance Centre is a work of Art! Wasn't a single brand new AMG model that wasn't showcased on the floor during my last visit. Sometimes two of each as well, experience alone beats online shopping by far.

Absolutely terrible. After a minor service, my car was left in the sun and the dash was imprinted with sticky fingerprints which the manager said is due to the age of the car and they are unable to clean. The inside was full of sand and the outside filthy. This was after waiting for ages for the service consultant who eventually sent me to the vehicle with a cleaner.

Pathetic. No efficiency nor customer value. Need to step up. Wrong diagnosis of my car. They are a disgrace to Mercedes Benz. I would give no stars, but had to select at least 1 to post this.

The worst service ever i own bmws never experienced such unproffesional service ,car went in for oil change , came back damaged housing , seat scratched and bloster flattened got no joy speaking to manager .The star is for showroom.

SHOCKING SERVICE AT ALL TIMES!!! AMAZING HOW ONE CAN BE IGNORED AND NO EYE CONTACT BE MADE. I AM CURRENTLY HOLDING TO MAKE A BOOKING SERVICE, IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 4 MINUTES NOW I AM TOLD THERE IS NO ANSWER AND DUE TO EXPERIENCE I KNOW IT IS NO USE LEAVING A MESSAGE, NO ONE CALLS BACK! SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO DIS REPUTE MERCEDES LIKE THIS

For the second time around we visited Mercedes Umhlanga for information on one of their cars well had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us when we finally got someone he could not answer our questions then he disappeared to try & find answers but never saw him again so went to find him to say send details via e mail, also asked for brochure but did not have any. Well that's the last time we try Mercedes Umhlanga they just don't seem to want business very bad for the brand 😁😁
