I bought a vehicle from WestEnd Motors in Durban and I was so happy with the vehicle and the price (I am still extremely happy with the vehicle) BUT I paid "on the road fees" and my car is still not licensed in my name as they said it will be their responsibility.
I phone in on a daily basis and email them on a daily basis and they just keep saying "I will get back to you".
The driver was supposed to fetch my proof of residence and just never pitched- of which WestEnd Motors didnt even follow up to see if their driver had done his job.

There is absolutely no pride for customers what so ever. it feels like they just want to sell a car and then get rid of you.

It has been 4 months now since I bought the car- after 2 months the Roadworthy Certificate expires. which means I need to take time out of my working day now to have this problem sorted. WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THAT?
