As per post above, Ruil, part owner of the business restored our confidence in the company and took the relevant action as soon as he was aware of our problem.

Thank you for sorting the problems, thing is in life problems do happen, one has to be realistic. Problem was sorted and we are happy this was resolved amicable.

I would advise people NOT to deal with this company - Brought 2 x 225 Yamaha motors(Second Hand), was told they are in good working order, been maintained and checked by them - What a Lie, 1 motor was *uc*ed, water inside the cylinder - 7 day startup warranty offered and we reported this problem - Legal Action against them is now starting! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BROKEN PROMISES, POOR, POOR, POOR communication!

Addendum to my comments below, Ruli the owner got involved and I am happy to say, he dealt with the issue immediately and t has changed my view of the company!

Jason works with me, I run a number of tourism companies and Natal Power Boats is a company I would avoid - Never been treated with such contentment. A Promise not to run away from the problem of a blown head, water in the cylinder, they have done nothing but run away, and look for excuse - I look forward to the day in court with them!

This is by far the best and biggest place to buy a boat in South Africa. There new premises also has accessories, fishing tackle and all the toys needed for that long weekend away.
