  The flat I rented was in bad state. Needed so much maintenance. Even the Aircon was half striped and spares left in the cupboards.

  Lovely view of the beach, however due to place being so central, gets too crowded during the festive season. Went there for new years, noise and the beach crowd was too too much. Our apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned such that under the bed, there were empty boxes of condoms and used condoms *yeah shocking* and was with my infants. Lastly the cleaning lady just cleans the surface and lives the rest. They could do better.
