Quiet peaceful serene, perfect for a.person who wamts to get away from the normal life.
Close to all shopping and beaches.
Real Indian curry on your doorstep.

Accommodation Outdated. Needs urgent revamp. Old bedding, insufficient housekeeping, we end up cleaning daily. Smelly bathrooms. Parking and driveway not safe. Will not recommend to family and friends. Definitely lost us as customers. Only appreciation is sea view.

Great venue for a peaceful, relaxing weekend with stunning sea views. Stayed from 16 - 18 June 2017 at the Penguin Flat. The flat was clean, well furnished with all the necessary cooking utensils. The property is well maintained with security alarms and remote gate entry. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Roy Cecil Munsamy

Accommodation not quite up to standard but it was the steepness of the gradient from the gates to apartments tha was killing. I have had a hip replacement and only went to beach once which is steep all the way down and then uphill all the way bsck. Phoned owner and said could not manage this every day and actually moved out after two nights stay. The place we have found is fantastic. The owners of Surf and Sand will not refund even my deposit. Said i should have asked about the lay out before I booked. Thought that was up to owners to mention such things. 👎
