I have become a Makro shopper only a few weeks ago. It was a revalation to walk each food aisle, like a "normal" store but with bulk goods and competitive prices. Makro is becoming a One Stop Store.
I skip the gadgets, IT tech, camping, gardening items and head to the food aisles and check each price to ensure that they prove me right that they are cheaper.
We enjoyed the Easter Competition and the Easter spirt the store had.

A bit busy over weekends but all in all the fast way to do large scale shopping. Everything in one store. Applying for a card online, a bit of a struggle, but staff are always available and willing to help. There's always a list of great specials which makes saving and buying ahead much better than going to local grocery and convenience store.

I have mixed feelings.
We find what we are looking for; nothing fancy or elaborated but only daily stuff.
Big however is that I always spend more time waiting for an open till that finishing my shopping list.
If they are looking for improvement, they need to include staff working at the tills.

I always enjoy shopping at Macro, although the cues are mostly Long but the are very quick. That shows the efficiencies of the staff.

Only if you can have enough packers such that teacher teller has his/her packer.

Prices are fairly resealable and our cars are fairly secured.

I was there on Black Friday and the queues were huge but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The flow of people into the store was well managed and it never became overcrowded.

A very good place to spend your money. It sells cheap high quality products for both domestic and retail service. It has sundry products ranging from restaurant inside, electric appliances, furniture , grocery etc

The staff and the tellers were friendly and the service was very quick taking into consideration they didn't have electricity that day. The men that assist with parking were super friendly as well.

The worst service ever!!! There was no hot water! And they refuse to refund you even if they are wrong! Too many people who come in and out of the guest house and also, they allow teenagers to have parties there So we couldn't sleep at night!

The rooms are not well done! They don't provide towels for rooms. And there is just waaay too many people who come in and out of that guest house.

I bought a redmi note 2 phone at makro the 22nd november. Took it back the 21st april speaker did not work. Took it back 11 august the speaker did not work. The supplier wipe the phone and replace the software that was never the problem. The manager told me they will phone the supplier i wil rate you if my problem is solved. A new phone i do not want my phone back it is a problem

A very popular retailer that has everything from food, liquor, toiletries, cleaning materials, consumer electronics, clothing, sports equipment, vehicle accessories and more under one roof. With many booklet specials and great special offers over weekends, it may be a fun outing when needing to stock up. My only critism is the overcrowding especially over month-end weekends.

Very popular and well stocked. Checkout surprisingly quick even on the busiest of days. Can be a bit too popular around month-end weekends.
