OK but you can struggle to find help. Some of the products make no sense. You can buy grinding disks for one model grinder but not the grinder itself. The grinders they have no disks.

Ordered a fridge online for home delivery. Driver phoned beforehand and when at gate. Delivery was on time to the minute. Guys unwrapped and installed AND took all the protective junk away. Great service and a completely hassle-free experience.

Easily accessible with lots of parking. It has a good product range if YOU know exactly what you need. For better service, there are hardware stores not too far away.

Many staff walking arround talking to one another but service (help and assistance is poor). Earliar in the day I bought same goods and compare prices and yours were more expensive as well. Service was also much better

No staff assistance. Standing around talking to other staff members. When asked for assistance we were told he's outside WE must call himwas by the irrigation department. Plumbing also - no one in sight. Even cashiers so miserable. Terrible terrible service. Hope I never have to go there again. Hopefully Chamberlain will be better.

Good place to shop for all hardware, garden plants (and gardening requirements), building materials and requirements and home appliances. There is also a coffee shop.

Zambezi no different to most the BW I go to, Gezina & Centurion, many staff are hard pressed to offer any help & just too lazy to go look. Twice in Gezina I was told there was no stock, just recently, once with a dimmer switch & then with 100mm trunking

Very very bad experience!!!!!!! After leaving from Bronkhorstspruit. 1.30 min drive. Standing in a que waiting for my money after there was NO STOCK!!!!!! So so bad. So unfriendly!!!! Never come back to Zambezi ever again. From the lady that was supposed to draw up the cutting design to manager at the back that was supposed to help. Then I had to wait for another 16 min for a refund! Total waste of 1our in a busy busy day.
