  Pathetic disgusting service! I am appalled at the service received. Firstly no one answers the phone which constantly rings! The staff are unhelpful and rude! Would not suggest any of my friends or family to visit this store!

  i am not paying any money to my mtn account they dont have a contract for me what so ever but are charging me for something that they sucking out there thumb and they ripping me off completly, i am now forced to take legal action againist mtn and get my money back from them and added to that mtn insuranxe is another usless thing due to my phone got stolen and i get told theres nothing they can do about it,i will be burning my mtn sim card and will not be paying anything for insurance nd will not be paying for my so called contract.

  please this store needs to be investigated by mtn south Africa regional office they do not answer the fones we need numbers and websites sent to us or i will cancel all my contracts with mtn

  Do Pavillion MTN staff not hear their phone ringing? I have tried for 2 days solid to call the branch, it just rings and rings.
  
  I am still waiting for MTN Pavillion to contact me regarding my Cyber Monday contract application. I did not wait in store for hours to be ignored!

  I am able to use smoke signals more effectively than MTN can operate a cellular phone store pathetic service from both branches in Pavilion.
