Well done, and thumbs up to the casualty department, and reception staff.Rushed my aunt there, Mrs A Jansen, on Saturday, the 23.2.2018. with a possible mi.Being a Reg. Nurse myself, I was so impressed.Doctor, nurses, admin staff was all seportive and friendly, yet verry professional.They confirmed the diagnosis, stabilized her, and got her on her way, to a cardiologist, at midstream, per ambulance.This, they did with great compassion, and friendlynes, to stressed family members.Cant even think of one thing they could have done better ore different.I don't have names, but a big thank you and shout out to that team.

Worst experience ever Patient service is ridiculous! Patient is in pain and nobody cares. Personnel is making jokes with colleagues whilst patient is in pain! When you ask questions you don't get answers! Nadia as well as Lenie was the assistants, but their service was unacceptable! Not helpful at all!

I called from a resort near by to get pricing before I drove all the way and when I arrived it was x5 the price that was given to me on the phone.

It’s over priced: R200 to open a file and from R750 to see a GP and an emergency prices.

Don’t waste your time at this clinic. I ended up leaving and going to a GP at Crossroads Damdoryn.

There are more visitors,so noisy;y do u call it private?there is no confidentiality,but thanks to the nite nurses during the weekend.at maternity ward.i was there first week of January. Improve!!!

Worst hospital to be a patient at! Will rather go to Rustenburg from now on. Rooms overcrowded by visitors most of the day! Where is the so called privacy that one as a patient need. My wife came for a visit, had to walk around other visitors the entire time to get to me. Visitors for other patients practically crowed the room encroaching into "my" space.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE!

A Mozambique spitting cobra spat my daughter in her eyes while we were on holiday at a Game Reserve 20 minutes away.
The entire staff at the hospital were absolutely Brilliant. Dr Smit, Sister Liebenberg and sister Mobe I don't know how to thank you for the Excellent and Professional, Personilized service you guys gave my daughter.
