My dad is currently a patient. He is extremely disoriented and confused, yet in his report the nursing personnel wrote he is good and alert, gave a 0 for disoriented. when we talked to the staff and asked why they were soooo rude! Unfortunately he is forced to use that horrible hospital due to the monopoly that platinum health medical scheme has in Rustenburg. If my dad become worse or anything, I will sue the hell out of you!!!

Staff is really caring, professional and attentive. Facilities are neat and kept clean. Stayed for 48 hours in high care unit, and the staff especially sister Neo Moya is very helpful.

Admitted in May for procedure, waited 5 Hours in bed before officially admitted (files to be filled in). Staff cannot insert a drip needle without hurting or 4 tries. Facilities and reception is neat, clean, professional. Nursetec staff is horrible!!!

Worst service ever the waiting time in the emergency room is 4 hours long plus nobody explains why all they do is say it's busy as we can see can we bare with them. Very disappointing service poor management in the emergency area

Worst Life ER Ive ever been to? You dont know what is going on drs dont even tell nurses his decision on you so you just dont get to know anything on his decision? Untill he thinks o yes ive still got a patient here ? Worst ever!!!!
