My husband was admitted to hospital. From the time of admission to the ward was a nightmare

As I was attending to my sick member from church I saw he was in pain. I reported it to the personnel upon leaving and they just said it's not time for pain killers. It honestly looked like I said something to offend the lady in Ward A. And unfortunately it's the sad truth when you complain they will treat patients with disrepect.
Also his aircon in his room isn't working for second day in this horrific heat.
Generally people are friendly and very very kind to visitors. Clean hospital. Also very modernresponse / report this review -

unprofessional, negligence, risky and patient treated like piece of rubbish. doctors interested in claiming money from medical Aid.
money making hospital.
i cannot recommend anybody to this hospital. does not qualify for a star from my experience.response / report this review
