This is the worst admission I’ve ever experienced. I’m still here and it’s a mess. I’m in a postnatal ward and I should be in antenatal, honestly this is just traumatic. On my first day I was left to starve, mind you, I’m pregnant. The maternity ward should have the best service but guess what? No it doesn’t. There’s no sense of urgency, the Bell is attended to after 5 minutes, the kitchen stuff is a mess, there’s a lack of structure I’m already feeling depressed and I haven’t even given birth yet. What are we paying for? The only positive thing about everything is my Dr. I’m not coming back here ever.
2nd time being admitted into the maternity ward. Day and night nurses explain the different procedures and what each medication does. If they remember you from your last visit they're even friendlier, like seeing an old friend. Cleaning staff always announces who they are and catering staff are polite and helpful. Definitely feel like a private patient when here. Thank you.
I want to thank the staff from ward 217 for their excellent service and friendliness.
Excellent doctors! They have amazing Xray machines. It is being renovated right now so a little messy but I'm sure it will be back to normal soon.
Embarrassingly bad experience from start to finish. After much waiting, disorganisation and poor communication on the day of my procedure, I received some apology phone calls and emails from various members of the management, which I accepted. They then have the audacity, months later, to send me a bill for a procedure which was pre-authorised and covered IN FULL by medical aid. I will strongly recommend to everyone I know to try any other hospital/clinic for their medical needs. Sloppy, inept and bureaucratic through and through.
Good food, good device but there is no ATM anywhere on the premises.
The nurses were more than kind and of great assistance. Im definitely going back should i need any hospitalization.
Lovely caring staff. Hospital current being revamped so it's looking refreshed.
