I arrived at the center for Physio and I had explained to the one receptionist who I wanted to see (I booked an appointment the day before). The two ladies then started laughing at me in front of so many patients, because of miscommunication over the phone. It regarded a mix up of surnames and the “joke” went on for a while and the one receptionist made a remark about taking a video of me making my mistake. I was extremely embarrassed and find the behaviour of the receptionists incredibly unprofessional. A receptionist is the face of an institution, and their behaviour alone put me off and I definitely won’t be going there again.
