  On Saturday I went to the Melvillle Wellness Centre for a back and neck massage. I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment and on the day they called me around 8am to remind me of my appointment, which was nice.
  Nice place, with a view into the Melville Koppie (West side) ans some ducks running around in the garden.
  Nice welcome at reception. My therapist was on time to take me to the treatment room, which was nice and calm.
  The massage itself started out a bit tough on me because my back muscles were tightly knotted. But she worked them and I could feel the impact of her work until I was very relaxed. It was lovely. Days later I still feel the impact. This was a lovely Christmas gift from my friend and well worth her money. I plan to go on a regular basis ( maybe once a month? ) income allowing. The fact that they are just down the road from my house makes it very convenient.

  Lovely day out. The facial was one of the best I've had. Staff were friendly. Omlette was slightly spicy, but a great day.

  Spa is excellent, affordable and has some nice specials. However the coffee shop could use more things on the menu and a welcoming staff.
