  Horrible incompetent staff. I went to lancet lab Albert on Clinton netcare Hosp and paid cash for a test which cost 300 rand as they said my med aid would not pay. Month end theyclaimed 590 from my med aid for that testing bcz I had made mistake of giving them my med aid card. Med aid did not pay they started sending texts emails and calling. I sent them proof of payment but they didn't stop and have now put my name on ITC.
  
  Go use lancet if u wish but rest assured bills won't stop and they will try their luck with u and ur med aid.
  
  The most corrust company ever and to claim nearly double wat the tests were worth.
  
  Shame on you lancet taking advantage of patients Sies

  Worst telefone service - I needed to claim back from my medical and they are sending me a statement that only has my name and the amount I paid for cash .Nothing to help me to claim back from my medical aid .

  Terrible service. My medical aid didn't pay the full invoice. The first I hear about it is a request for payment via SMS. I followed up by SMS & Email requesting the Invoice. Each time I request an Invoice, I receive a system generated statement email which has a corrupt PDF attachment. I would like to pay, but just asking for an amount is not sufficient - send me an INVOICE. Multiple requests all ending in an standard emailed statement which I can't open is not good enough
