Very slow help. A burst appendix is not a mattet that should be taken lightly and still I didnt feel welcomed.
I was moderately taken care of and services were very much appreciatable.
I was truly disappointed with my recent stay. Most of the nursing staff seem to have forgotten why they are here. You'd swear they are doing us a favour, their attitude stinks, completely despicable. They said is because they are not getting paid, how is that my fault, they should take up with their employers not out on us patients.
I believe the fact one works at a mine, these so-called nurses tend to undermine us, not knowing our qualifications & job descriptions.
They'll bearly greet you, their morale is on the floor
My praises go to 2 ladies Ms Khanyisa Abiaga & Tsholo, these ladies are the best(please give them the recognition that they so deserve), unlike the rest of the rotten potatoes including Sister Muriel who does not lead by example & had displayed signs of favouritism towards her personnel & us patients.I would really love to get a call from the hospital rep so I can explain further my disgust
Thank you to the wonderful care and support received yesterday. Thank you to the staff at dr. Neethling's rooms and the Trauma Unit. The speed and efficiency that the situation was dealt with can only be described as commendable. It made my sister (the patient) and myself feel at ease and confident that she was in the best possible hands and getting the best possible care. I SALUTE YOU.
