Had to rush my uncle to the hospital on a Thursday evening. Got there at 7, went home at 12 midnight. All that was done was a blood test, drip and x-ray. We were told it would take 2 hours maximum. Also no communication is given, you need to constantly go to the casualty reception and ask. When I asked the nurse for a complaint number, she had an attitude saying I should speak to another superior.

I just hated being here in lenmed firstly in covid times each room should have a sanitizer ,I mean it's a private clinic ,the beds n pillows very uncomfortable, the nurses at night scream n talk ,should be having a rule of more quieter space it's a hospital where sick people want to have a rest or a good night sleep, very disappointing with cleansiness ,once a day the cleaner comes n in less than 3 min cleaned room n toilet ,hygiene should be important being a private clinic n its covid when we sharing rooms toilets should be cleaned more times a day and we paying a fortune.its pathetic it's like a government hospital no organization at all .overall doctor's n their treatments r excelent

My mother was admitted in January and is an out patient now. She has the best Dr I have come across in a very long time,Dr Mbuyamba and his receptionist Portia are exceptional and very professional. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for the hospitality and great job🏆🏆🏆

absolutely terrible service. you'd be better off at a government hospital. was made to wait over an hour just to drop off medication while the staff sat and looked right through me as if I were invisible. had to eventually make a noise to finally get someone to simply take the packet from me. if you think you paying high prices for some decent service, you are deeply wrong!

The worst "private hospital" I've been to. I had to wait 3hrs with my 3yr old son who was vomiting.
We got to the hospital at around pass 10 and he was only admitted after midnight!
The hospital was not even that full, they are pathetically slow. I fail to understand why it is called a ER if the staff have no sense of urgency.
Their casualty is by far the worst! I had to leave the hospital unattended after hours of waiting.
They only had one doctor available. My son was already very irritable, crying and in great discomfort.
The reception area was filled with patients (mostly toddlers)waiting to go into the ER.
For a private hospital that charges private rates the service is intolerable.

With such a pathetic standard of service, why don't you just make this hospital a public hospital and stop the daylight robbery of charging private rates when you have no regard for patients?

As we sat in the waiting area at the surgical ICU, next to the big sign that reads "Shhhh.. Doctors Orders. Please respect the need for silence". No respect was shown by the nursing staff. Talking extremely loud where there were sick people. There was also a very heated argument between nursing staff in the main hallway. Very unprofessional!!!!!

I've had the best care from friendly professional staff. I'm saddened to have moved so far away from the hospital.

Excellent service! I was admitted on the 6th of September 2017 around 7 pm and gave birth to my beautiful son at 01.45 am. My gynecologist(Dr.N Rashid ) is the best. The stuff was amazing, helpful and friendly. A special thanks to nurse Basa, she took good care of me before, during and after birth. I also enjoyed the food.. it really felt like home. I'm definitely coming back in future.

My husband was stabbed and he went for a CT scan. According to the medical aid i need to make a co-payment of R2500, a woman called Jesinta told me not to pay first and that she will talk to the medical aid be because he was stabbed and that the scheme might pay. She then came back to me after two day that the medical aid will pay the money i do not have to worry about that anymore. a month down the line i am being called by the hospital to pay the R2500 and i have paid R1000 because i thought it was for something else. one do you tell people not to worry they you worry them and worst of all she is not apologizing or taking responsibility but she is known telling me that she is busy to follow up on her mistakes. Its people like her that do not deserve to employed. i will never ever use this hospital again because of the bad service.

I was admitted earlier this year to the general ward and was appalled when one of the student nurses almost administered another patients' meds to me. I ONLY prefer nursing sisters to work on me now.
