Had very nice cocktails overlooking the beach. Service was nice and friendly. We ordered the nachos as a little snack which were TERRIBLE, then we ordered the.beef sliders which were very tasty! So if you go , order cocktails and just make sure to stay away from the nachos =)

Hotel is good. Food is great. Just one bad experience with the wait staff too busy chatting with friends rather than doing her job. I'll be eating in the bar next time I come.

A hotel with a view unlike any. Picture perfect. Enjoy sundowners while watching the sun set over the Peninsula.

It was great and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely a great hotel to visit, view was amazing. Food was amazing and a great atmosphere. Recommend it anytime, 10 stars!

Rooms are failry nice, and the staff is fairly nice. But this should *not* be advertised as a "conference hotel". The only temperature controlled room available for meetings/coffee/workspace (the beach bar/ library area) has any and all sporting events on exceptionally loudly. (Literally - any sporting event. Why do we need women's cricket on so loudly that you can hear it in the lobby?). Working other spaces in the hotel was not particularly an option, as the lobby and hallways were not temperature controlled -- somewhat of a problem in winter when the air is quite chilly and your hands get a bit numb while trying to type.

I love the place for its great view, great food and friendly staff members. It has a great resting area outside but the rooms with balconies that are overlooking the sea are the best.

A very disappointing experience . Outdated four star hotel in every possible way. Had to change rooms because of a leak and no shower head and they wanted us to wait until they could buy what was necessary for repairs two days later. Had to push for room change. Key room stopped working twice and no immediate assistance.
Refund for skydiving activity that was cancelled took two days.
Very poor service quality overall.
Bar is nice though with good bartenders. Views are the only thing really worth it.

Beautiful view of the sea. Attended a conference here and got a spectacular breakfast for just R35! Food took some time to come after I'd told the waitress I was in a hurry. I asked the manager if I could pay with him, whereafter he said there was something wrong with the card machine, gave the exact machine to the waitress, with which she helped me without hassle. This I found to be somewhat strange. Excessive pollen blows around outside the hotel in March.

Excellent place to relax.
Direct beach access. 3 on-site restaurants, catering for all tastes. There is a Brasserie, a pool-side bar and the trendy La Mizu beach bar offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.
Guests can relax by the outdoor pool, use the 24-hour gym or enjoy a range of relaxation treatments at the hotel's Camelot Spa, including massages, facials and body wraps. Awesome food and drinks. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
