Door rattled all night due to the wind - no rubber stopper on the door frame, No windows in the room for freshaping air & outside door has to stay locked due to no security gate. Breakfast in the self service containers was ice cold and eggs were mixed with corn - i asked for a scrambled or fried egg (without corn) & was refused. Fantastic waiters, great views but very weak receptionist who didn't note our concerns - we are still waiting for the manager to answer our email (3 days so far). We had to sleep over as it was a late night wedding. Will definitely not recommend sleeping over !
The manager contacted me and thanked me for my feedback and assured me that my concerns would be attended to - I want to mention that the staff are very attentive and it is a great spot with amazing views !response / report this review -

The view was breath taking but the rooms needs work, all the cups and saucers with their spoons was dirty, they had summer linnen while it was winter and there was no extra bedding, when I went to get clean cups as well as extra cups they were surprised that we were 3 people in our room, as it accompanied 4 people but was set up for 2. All and all I expected better rooms.

This is a decent venue with a vintage French theme. It doesn't seem very child friendly and the service is somewhat lacking. It feels like you aren't prioritised as a client.
