Ordered via the drive through and when I got home I found my order had missing components. After asking if my order is correct and I was reassured it was I find out it wasn't. It would seem this is a common problem at both KFC's in Uitenhage.

Goodness me, theres a lot thats negative that i can report about 2 Kfc Uitenhage outlets; firts being the station as wellas Kwano. Attitude of employees as well as their.managers.They.must be trained.on customer care and soft skills, and.other critical trainings, they make errors and they too defensive and argumentative, kwano you will never receive your order in the specified time always removed from queuing for hand delivery outside camera sport, view history of cameràs. TRAIN TRAIN & MENTOR, THEY BEHAVE AS IF THEY OWN STORES SEND THEM TO OTHER AREAS WHERE THERES.MORE.PRESSURE & where Clients are much more d8fferent than them.to learn.They need continual rotation from store to store

Today bought 2 crunch masters, they were packed in a box master's, its very verydry. Yesterday bought same, it was.prepared well just stff issues, now you wonder why they sell incomplete food no.tomato in it.

Our drive through order was processed and ready very quickly. Before we were even ready with money to pay, the food was ready at the window! Chicken pieces were a bit oily, but nice and hot! Chops fresh and hot too. I definitely recommend.

The place is very neat, attractive & with a friendly staff. But there's room for improvement;
1. Service is pretty slow due to small stocks of cooked meat;
2. They need to open up an order line where there'll be shorter/no waiting time;
3. At times the ice cream machine gets faulty at wrong times when it is in demand;
4. At times recipes can be inconsistent where the meat becomes too salty

Incompetent staff! Racist - they will see to it that white's get their order first before you, they r scared of impatient whities. Get your order and later on find something is missing, doesn't surprise me anymore

KFC never fails to disappoint!! Absolutely shocking service. It has happened countless number of times that we feel like having a Crusher late evening and go to KFC only to be told that there is a problem with the ice machine for the slush (or whatever you call it) and tonight after standing in a long queue there was no ice-cream!! Way to go KFC, keep up your outstanding service!! I cannot understand why outlets like this cannot plan their supplies properly? We all know that this time of the year it's exceptionally hot, ice-cream is in demand yet KFC have none! Such a joke!
We won't be supporting you guys again that's for sure and I am sure that you don't give a hoot anyway. Less than no stars from me

The food here us always hit and miss. Sometimes good and fresh, sometimes tasteless and stale. The drive-thru needs an enima and the wait inside is insulting considering the quality that comes out. Perhaps KFC should read these reviews!
