Great service, good quality food. Only downside is the queue. It's a popular spot so it does get busy on weekends and Fridays. Worth the wait! About 10 min longer then. Your average KFC. And you can also dine in.

Very poor service. Have to wait in a que to order then wait in antother to pick up. Staff not very friendly. They just go through the motion & make you feel that they are doing you a favour by serving you. Its been like this for years

Worst place to get food from.
No sense of urgency, disgusting customer service when we got to the desk to place our order the person that saw to us was rude and very unprofessional she even clicked her tongue at me. Didn't bother eating there that day.
You'd be better off driving +/- 15minutes extra and getting food from the airport
Best kfc I've eaten from and the staff behind the desk there simply awesome.

I am disgusted once again at the service provided by KFC call centre and the Tongaat KFC. Placed an order at 17:30 and still waiting for our food. Called the call center was cut off and now they keep cutting the call. Every time we order there is an issue. The lady from the call centre did not bother to call back. I am still waiting for our food
