Waited over an hour and no one will call and say thy going to be late or make sure address was corect or anny thing. I eventualy cald them to find out whats hapening and the lady told me she will find out and never got back to me 10 min late i cald them agen and still no awnser to where my pizza is. I eventualy canceld the order and sure as hell will never have there pizza agen and no appology will be accepted as it is totaly unaceptable. No integraty at all.

Took exactly 58 minutes for my food to be delivered. Food was cold. Forgot my cold drink. Had NO change. The service was disgusting when I phoned in to follow up on my order.

Quality has gone a bit down, not as efficient as when they first opened, however it is still a better overall experience than the competition. And pizza flavors are as good as ever.
