Strange store. Staff display variable behavior patterns to different clients. Delays are scoffed of by the manager and clients are laughed at when they leave. If you don't get your order - then go and ask that guy!!! Interesting - I thought the person who you gave the order to resolves issues. You get the run around too. Poor staff ethic destroys good brands. Someone actually sit there and watch the staff - they are destroying the store. Might make a good PhD study!!!

Bravo! The service at this branch is AMAZING. The staff is cordial, the utensils & the seating areas is clean Even on their most busiest of days, the staff is on the ball!!! They work harmoniously & get the job done & the customers are attended to with grace & speed. Keep up the GREAT job guys!!!👍

The experience with Nandos is like at any other Nandos. They have the advantage of easily accessing their restaurant from the outside for a quick pick-up-and-go.

Gateway Nandos's is the filthiest Nandos's store I ever visited. Being a corporate store, it should set the standards of cleanliness to the rest, yet from the time it has open, it has gone from bad to worse. The eating area is littered with chicken bones that seems to have been there for hours as the ants are trailing in to have meal.disgustingshame on you Nandos's. stop picking on others in your tv ads when your underwear stinks.clean up your act

Please tell your griller to wash his hands after using the damn toilet. The service there was ridiculous, you have to fetch the sauces yourself and it wasn't even busy. The waitron seemed confused, she had to be reminded plenty times what our order was.

Very badly run store, we get cut off when we call after waiting for roughly 5 min. They have useless staff that get your order wrong all the time. I have never got and order time on top of generalized decrease in quality. I am left with ordering from Galitos which seems to be better quality. So disappointing I miss when Nandos was good :)

Always understaffed. Food is usually served cold or undercooked. Tables are always left untidy and pretty much never cleaned up. On four occasions (I somewhat had hope that my next visit would be better each time), I waited around 10 minutes to get a waiters attention, and another 5-10 minutes to actually have my table cleaned. Always disappointed when I go to this particular Nandos. Musgrave and Westwood mall are the most efficient.
