The drive through is terrible. It is firstly very very slow, possibly due to intercoms not working but then again it’s also slow when they are working. The drive through also is too narrow to get out of if you decide to leave midway through. The actual restaurant is decent though.

the drive-through is very slow on the weekends BUTBUT their food is the BEST ! burgers actually taste as you expect and so does the rest of the food, they are consistently good and the staff there are friendly. It would be 5-stars if the drive through was faster. Other KFC branches could learn something about quality from here!

Time and time again I've been given stale or refried chicken. Tye coleslaw always has a fungy smell. The place itself is untidy and dirt everywhere.

Absolutely fed up with your service food and quality!!!!
today Sunday the 23 we decided to get takeaways for the family on way back from beach. The chips were supposed to be large ,McDonalds small are bigger please take down the picture of your large chips on your web site as you are misleading the public! I have attached photo of what we got and your misleading representation. Then we come to the twister on your web site you show chicken pieces popping out of a wrap well see the attached picture of two slimy pieces of chicken I got. Then the burger good size meat but only half a roll!!!!!!!!!! The attention to detail in your establishments is disastrous! We half eaten KFC in many countries and the Quality of what you serve us in the Umhlanga area is pathetic.
For the R200 we spent here we should have gone to spar and got six rolls and 2 BB chickens for less money and more taste!response / report this review -

Poor service asked for a 15 piece bucket and told me that they don't have any chicken left! As KFC you don't have chicken? What the hell!
