I don't like the service at all. On the 12th of the month at around 15h30 we waited too long on drive thru. The lady was outside bt never tell us the motorists what causes the delay. And lastly there is that thing of stopping the customer before the window. I don't understand what does that mean.

The service could be better. Since it's a 24 hour KFC, if you come after 21h00, be prepared to wait up to half an hour for the chicken to get ready. These guys needs to pick up their socks.

This KFC is in a good location and even the surrounding in neat. It's clean and tidy inside, plus the food I ordered this day was nice. This store is normally not full like those in the CBD.

Asked for a burger not available. Ordered one of R30 specials only have flat wings. Really not what I was expecting. Food was dry and did not meet my expectations at all. Up your game Off Empangeni!!!

Service is quick as expected. Quality is as expected. The only thing is cleanliness of the tables if you eating in. They wipe with the same cloth which is dirty and you can see the stains when it dries. This attracts the flies which is annoying when eating. I have been there a couple times when traveling through so the tables and flies are still a problem.
