Horrible customer service. Have not given the full order more than once. Have paid more than r80 for 2 very tiny zinger wings a snack burger and 1 piece chicken which was not worth the price at all, it was advertised as if the burger was a decent size and not a snack burger. I once waited in line where there was no one in front of me and only 2 other people waiting on their oder and no one came to take my order for 20 minutes , and then served the two people who were before me and made me wait another 2 minutes for 1 order that was not even a big order or an order for more than 1 person. Definately the worst branch in Durban.

Spiffy service, pleasant staff and a beautiful aesthetic. Yes, KFC is fast food, but on a Friday after a long week its definitely easier than cooking.

Definitely better quality than the other branches in the Chatsworth area (from my experience anyway)

Service sucks. Always at least 30 mins before yo get served. Always do not have stock of something. The place however is clean, and the food is as good as an other KFC.
