  The staff don't understand the words time magement . Still standing here and it's over an hour and ten minutes.probably due to the special but surely this KFC bluff anticipate this over flow of people every tuesday. service non existent ..lies prevails.2 minutes to 9 minutes for more than an hour

  06/02/18 placed order at 18.40 and was only told at 19.20 that there was no chicken. I paid for the order and the staff did not have the decency to advise the customers that the wait would be more than 45 minutes quiet disappointed with this branch as there was no manager available to even speak to poor pathetic service.

  If you are looking for fast food. KFC is one of the places. The one in Bluff Road is not so busy at night. But, it can get busy at times.

  The services was terrible, I had to wait so long to get served n eventually wen I got served they cash for my order which was a kit kat crusher but few minutes later came n told me dat they don't have kit kat n then wen I ordered for a ice cream with the flake they say they don't have flake. They should know wat they have n don't have so wen the customer orders they should tell them there n then DAT they don't have dat item. Don't make the customer wait for the order for so long n then tell them dat u don't have the order. Even wen they had to refund me I had to wait so long until some1 comes so they can open the till to give me my refund
