Service was good, just that at times, when you require a certain piece, they don't tell u that it's not available, u find that when u get home. Sometimes the taste is not the same, it will crispy and dry, with all the spices, which is nice and sometimes too oily, and the taste not so good, then u tell yourself that this person is not passionate about food. A little improvement here and there will be good. Big up👌with the uniform and the renovations.

Bad staff attitude. Flies all over the show. Had to hoot 5 times and get out of the car in the driver thru. Still had to wait for 6 cars to pass me prior an assistance. I will escalate this to Yum Head Quarters

My wife had her tooth extracted, so we came to this branch to get a mash and gravy since she could not have any solids. From the drive through there was this not so pleasant smell. Which I brushed off. I parked across the road after the purchase and ran into the mall to get a water from pick n pay and when I got back my wife reported,
"There was a fruit fly in the mash."
#disgusting
I went back for a refund. This store should not be in operation. I live in Montclair and I seldom visit the kfc because of its poor hygiene levels.

Rate -10 very poor service monclair kfc should close there doors management got no leadership skills very disappointed waited more than half and hour for a zinger meal other customers waiting 1 hour for chicken pieces and quality of food very poor received my burger in that way very unprofessional to move forward kfc monclair should renew management with team
