Not the best service or tasting KFC Rather try the one on Jan Smuts An extra 5 min drive.

I find the chicken to be fresh, has a drive-thru and reasonable parking space, service is as per normal can get busy every couple hours

Yes their food is fresh, two stars for that.however,
1).staff need to learn to speak properly and politely to customers.
2).the manager needs to be more helpful.we were over charged for our order R30 and nothing was done to rectify the issue. And we are regulars.
3).I will be contacting customer service to insure that this does not happen.

The lady gave us our drinks without a cupholder firstly we had to request it and still she first said she don't have only because we waited she said she will look then only we got a cupholder if we had 1 drink I will understand BT we had 2 drinks its not kwl and still wen we get home our spoons are missing u need to train your staff to be more efficient please

Ordered 8pc meal. Only got 7. But im giving them 4 stars cos I called them and the did deliver the missing piece. Tasty and hot. 4 out of 5

Crusty leg piece geeees if it was the one of the frenchise i use to work as a Payroll Officer was going to speak to the Manager but i was passing by, which tells me next time not to stop at KFC Sherwood next time.

24 hour KFC. They sell greasy fried chicken and some good ice cream. Drive through available. Fully Halaal.
