It is a very safe and secure complex. The views are amazing and this area is always clean. The security are helpful and friendly. i highly recommend staying here on holiday or relocating

Terrible place,so unprofessional I had to wait 15mins to even get into the gate! Because someobe had to come all the way frim Edgemead to open the apartment for me - Even though I has my booking reference and proof of payment. I stayed at the La Savina apartment and I will never stay there again,you cannot pay by EFT on arrival you must deposit money beforehand ( ure not told about this until after u book),WiFi didn't work, they make u take out the trash bag before leaving,you must go to the bin area and take out the trash urself,you have to wash and put away any dishes and cutlery used,no cleaning service.they only clean once a week,first time I've ever heard of this when ure on holiday. Terrible terrible stay!! If I could give 0 stars I would. DON'T stay there it's sterile and boring for kids.

A solid, basic hotel. Had a very comfortable stay at the Island Club Hotel. Each morning we got to sample the delicious breakfast buffet (hot and cold). Just out the back of the hotel is the Canal Walk Mall with just about any shop you could need within walking distance.

I have not stayed here but was thinking of doing so. I have seen management replying to comments that are 5 star rated and not to the unhappy clients. Don't you think you should actually reply to them.
Doesn't say well about your customer service policy.
