The room are nice but the service isn't very good, none of the staff seem to know anything at the hotel or the restaurant, whenever we had enquired about a small thing it was made complicated because no one knew anything. The bed was not made up properly, and when we had to pay for our supper it was such an issue as no one knew how to work the card machine. At the reception they did not inform us about when to pay for breakfast or what time it was so we were unable to have breakfast.

I was not impressed at all..carpets are dirty,our toilet was not flushed,rooms don't smell fresh..I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw 2 males cleaning the rooms,1 was upstairs and 1 was downstairs. That is why that place is not properly cleaned and the amount of money we paid wasn't worth it at all..that place is beautiful but needs someone to care for it properly!

We arrived to a room that wasn't made up yet and were then relocated to another room. Rooms are decent enough - basically just the bear minimum of what you need. Air-conditioning works well but TV is fuzzy. Our bed was not properly made and there was hair on the sheets (!). The complimentary shampoo and body lotion bottles were only three quarters full, meaning they were not replaced after the previous guests. Very strange.

Our breakfast experience was interesting, to say the very least: service was terribly slow and lacking in hospitality. Nobody knew what was going on and nobody seemed to care that we had waited for our tea & coffee and breakfast for over 30 minutes after ordering three times from the same waitress.

All in all, not the best stay; fortunately it was just for one night. Pay the extra couple of hundred to stay elsewhere.

Ate at the restaurant called the Zambezeefood was excellent service was good only delay was service of food coming from the kitchen..a bit of delay where we did not recieve our meals all at once..and beverages also took long to get to us..but I would recommend the restaurant for an excellent meal..have not stayed in the hotel itself so no comment on that
