Clean and comfortable rooms, if a little cramped. Fine for 1 night stay. Close to all the Umhlanga restaurants and Gateway. Beware the steep driveway.

We were in the self catering unit for a whole week during xmas period. Cons: lounge area not so cozy due to small garden like couches. Need proper sofas. Wifi reception is also poor and unreliable. Kitchen very small and could use bigger pots and oven. Pros: good privacy and enough space to feel at home. all rooms well air-conditioned with dstv. Ensuite in each room as well. Friendly host. Close to beach and gateway mall. Quiet peaceful area, beware the monkeys though
