Best hospital on the South Coast. Always professional and caring.
I've noticed recently while I was back in the hospital IV lines aren't being flushed. On more than one occasion there were air bubbles in my line, this happen on numerous occasions and the nurses seem to make this mistake everytime they connect an IV line. Besides this they are very friendly and helpful and the hospital is very organized and clean.
Not my first choice for medical care on the KZN South Coast. There are better alternatives. X-Ray dept is extremely slow to issue reports .
Never again !!! Nurses extremely impatient and a bit rude not to mention unsympathetic.
As like any private hospital ,their prices are high. Good quality medical services, the hospital is always short of beds , with patients often being sent to the local govt hospital.
Lol they know how to treat a patient.
Very friendly staff. Clean hospital. Very pretty inside and well maintained. Small cafeteria inside.
I have been in Hibiscus Hospital during last week. What a pleasure it has been. Dr Rajcoomar is an outstanding, supportive and dedicated Specialist General Surgeon. The staff of this hospital is very friendly and kind and they treat each patient with such special care. What was remarkable is the quiet restful atmosphere that prevails there, absolutely conducive to recovery. This hospital is quiet at night and the nursing staff is doing their necessary work efficiently without disturbing the patients. To make this hospital even more extraordinary, I will recommend that the menu must cater for all people, allergies included, as it is stated on the menu. Gluten free food was included in the list but unfortunately not catered for. Thank you for your friendly and superb service!
No permanent GP on site, you will need to pay a charge out fee (R600+). Very clean, tidy and well staffed. Impressed.
I have been there l really adore them it is very clean love them
