  Easily accessible. Great views. I also loved the game driver and the guide was very informative. Food was also great and the staff was friendly.

  I attended a wedding to which i was the groom. Even though all rooms were booked 3 months prior, the owner had told us that he wanted the rooms for personal guests because of a funeral.
  
  This caused quite a disruption and what was an already stressful event as at the LAST MINUTE we had to try and make sure they had a place to sleep that wasnt too far from the venue.
  
  On top of this, waiting 20minutes and having to call a bartender when ordering a drink was frustrating, and the request for such often forgotten.
  
  The venue seemed understaffed, and the panic/moods of waiters could show this. You would think knowing the venue was fully booked you would pre plan and have extra staff on hand, maybe im wrong?
  
  The spa treatments were all behind on time, and some bookings not even entered into the system (or proabably diary in this case) and so once again unhappy guests on our promise of services offered.
  
  However, over and above these issues, beautiful and clean, spectacular views.
  
  Management needs to pull up their socks..
