This is a Big Makro store. Lots of parking. Busy store but lots of Till points. Fresh produce and meat at this Makro, really nice stock and isles seems wider, plenty staff to assist. This is a newer store and really kept in pristine condition. A pleasure to shop here and their trolley s are in excellent condition

The store is massive and very clean and neat. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Goods are properly marked so you have no issue in finding what you're looking for. The bathrooms were also easy to find and very clean and neat. Would definitely go there again.

Typical Makro standards. This place was "Clean and spacious" with the whole "one stop shop" experience. The staff was also very helpful when asked for help or a question.

I have received excellent service from your store in Amanzimtoti. I have been there a number of times just lately. Staff have bent over backwards to assist me. I am in the process of getting divorced. To save any confrontations with my husband i have left with very little furniture appliances etc. Easier that way
So i have virtually had to buy everything again. It has been fun I must say and at least I have brand new stuff. Makro staff have been wonderful from the Salesman giving good advice to the excellent lady who rang it all up. Abigaending with an r. Quite a jaw breaker. She said the r should have been an a. She is brilliant dies not flap at all and does not flap at all. So what can I say Thank you thank you. Regards Joan Kennedy
