Entire experience was exemplary from the first phone call from Asiphe to the testing and inspection of the windscreen replacement on my Land Rover. Complimentary refreshments whilst waiting and I found all the staff most pleasant. Should I require a windscreen or and vehicle glass replacement PG will definitely be my first choice after this experience- thanks to all !!

My mom needed to go here to get a window replaced , their service was definitely efficient , they worked with the insurance company . So the got the job done on time . It was generally a hassle free experience for her . So I'd recommend their services . The staff contacted her when the glass window was ready to be fitted and all was well.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
They handle my entire claim for my windscreen. They kept following up and giving me updates and once the claim was approved, the fitment was quick ad efficient! 2 thumbs up!!

Poor service, left black marks on my bonnet. Waited ages for help at the desk and the staff are the least helpful. Rather go the the Cape Town branch. Or pay a little more for a quality job with quality customer service

Parking was horrendous with very limited bays and very narrow room to manouvre. Went in for window tinting on my new car and upon collection discovered a fresh scratch on the rear window. I would not recommend using PG Glass Bellville at all.

Waited so long to be helped, really annoyed by how much effort it takes to drive in and out of the store/company. (BUT) I fully understand that they are in Voortrekker Weg, which equals crazy traffic, ALWAYS. Other than waiting very long to be helped, it was okay. The service that the 2 gentlemen did at my house was so good. They were super friendly, but professional. So much that I even offered them coffee with a smile. Really good service.

Booked my car in to replace the front windscreen (insurance claim), the booking process went fine, no problems.

I delivered the car and about 2.5 hours later they phoned me and said the car is ready for collection. Great. On collecting the car, I noticed that they managed to damage the front windscreen cowling to such an extent that I now have to replace it. Not a word from PG Glass prior to me fetching the vehicle, I only noticed it after I paid them the excess.

If you don't want your vehicle damaged by PG Glass, I suggest taking it somewhere else.

The manager (I assume that's his position) at this branch also had a real "I don't care" attitude - no pride or commitment in their work. What a shame. Very disappointed, but they did replace the damaged part.

A lot of negative reviews here but my experience was extremely positive. Went in for a car inspection for my insurance and the inspector was fast, friendly, they had modern tech and she went the extra mile. I couldn't have been more impressed.

Very disappointing service. I waited ages for my window to be replaced and upon that the technician skills shown to replace to window was very poor. I will definitely not go back if I am in a hurry or wanted good service.
