Food and presentation is good but service is seriously lacking. Waiters are untidy, can't speak properly and act as if they're doing the guest a favor by serving them.
I would not be comfortable excepting food from them if I'd complained about something.response / report this review -

Service is on the ball and all staff are super friendly, coffee is sooo good, they're super close to the toilets, you have a pretty good view of the runway, you can see your gate. AND they also have free WiFi!
It doesn't really get much better than this
Definitely recommend chilling here for a while if you're waiting for your flight.

Great place. More vegetarian friendly menu should be available. Meaning strict veg. No eggs and fish etc.

I decided to try this coffee shop for the first time and I regret making that decision. In all my dining experience, I have never experienced such disgustingly poor service. The one star is only for the beverage and carrot cake which were okay. My waitron was not interested in serving me. He was sluggish and made very little contact. My food, drink and bill were hastily banged onto the table. My table was not cleaned even though the table next to me was constantly looked after whereas I was it was not very busy. I had to ask for the bill 3 times before it was brought to me.When I paid (mind you I left a 30% tip even though the service was disgusting); the waitron just took the money out, thanked me and banged the bill folder back onto the table. I was in such shock and disbelief that I just froze.The barristers saw this whole scenario and my reaction, they too disapproved and commented amongst themselves. I felt so humiliated and the worse part is that the two tables next to me were given preferential treatment. It's just that I hate causing a scene otherwise I should've complained to management or simply walked out right at the beginning.

I decided to try this place for the first time. I had the roasted veg tramezzini for breakfast. It was incredibly oily and under-seasoned (It's been half an hour after my meal and I'm still clearing my throat).
The eggplant slices were especially saturated with grease. I had the urge to drink detergent.
I doused all the veg with balsamic vinegar in an attempt to degrease my food to no avail!
If it was not for the great-tasting and reasonably priced coffee, I would have rated this place 1 star. When in doubt, go to your usual chain restaurant.response / report this review -
