  Poor service, My friend and I ordered and waited for over 25 mins to be served. The waiter wasn't very considerate and didn't come to explain to us what was the delay, and when he did come to us, he asked if we just wanted to leave or wait for another 15 mins, we decided that it wasn't worth the wait, so we left. People who came after us were served first first, which was extremely frustrating.

  So, if you are an exquisite chocolate lover like me Then you will TOTALLY enjoy yourself & you would REALLY love the menu at this chocolicious venue!!! My old time favorite is the chocolate brownies. Hmmmm.

  Ordered a waffle and it was still under cooked. Tasted doughy (80% cooked). Bit of a mood spoiler.
  
  The chocolate brownies however is top notch.
  
  Service in general is a bit slow, but average in general.

  Very poor service. The staff were unfriendly because we got there to order milkshakes and cake half an hour before closing. After ordering it took 20min to get the shake and ready made cakes that we could see in front of us.

  Very poor service. Got the order wrong and eventually had to wait a while for them to correct it. When they did correct the order, the waffles where not properly cooked. Will never return.

  Delicious stuff, however, all the desserts are built toward sharing. This presents a problem as one does not always visit Cacao with a romantic partner. Should they make single serving options available on the menu, this would be 5 stars.

  Not the best coffee and the muffin was definitely undercooked. Didn't try the chocolate drinks or desserts so perhaps that is what people should stick to!

  Service can be a bit slow at times as there is few waiters for the number of tables. But the desserts are definitely worth the wait. Chocolate brownies are 👍 the best

  A must when visiting Gateway. So, so good. It might seem a bit expensive, but the portions are huge and so well made that you won't need one for each person, even if you haven't eaten before hand.

  Not the best service. My first visit was impressive. Thereafter the same orders were served differently. The chocolate on my waffle was not tasting too good on my last visit. Will not go back.

  Expensive, but worth it for amazing chocolate! However DO NOT buy their famous Chocolate milkshake(the R50 one) - that's not worth your money at all
