Friendly service. Coffee was nice, cake a little dry.

Waited 25min for one cup of takeaway coffee. Eventually asked for a refund and left. Very poor service.

Arrogant and apparently deaf too, ask for specifics e.g. no cream and they decide they'll still give you cream. I then confronted them and they all act like they (staff) don't understand english

Gloria Jean's Coffee place at the Gateway Mall is a lovely location to enjoy a cup of coffee (or any other beverage) with additional snacks. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly - the service is quite good - they bring your order within a short space of time and very nicely served too. The seats are very comfortable so you can relax while enjoying the drinks and snacks. Great place to take break while shopping at the mall.

Gloria Jean's in Gateway is a nice café to drop by while shopping. Orders are taken and made quickly and the coffee is good.
If you plan to sit in and chat or eat, know that you will be in direct view of other shoppers and it gets to be awkward on weekends, when it's busy. It's best just to order to go.response / report this review -
