I support this place on a daily basis even though it's so expensive, simply because I work in the area and there's nowhere else to go. Bought a juice from them today. Walked back to the office, opened it up, took one sip, and realised it was off. Walked back up, told the lady politely that the juice was off. She took some to taste and insisted it wasn't off. I pointed out that I got the off smell from it and it fizzed when I took a sip, and I am 7 months pregnant. I'm not going to risk my baby, can I take something else or have a refund? She again insisted that she cannot do anything because the juice is meant to taste that way. Ladies from the kitchen even tasted it and had shocked looks on their faces so evidently they also saw something wrong with the juice. On observation of the fridge I noticed that it doesn't shut properly. So this could be the reason the juice went off a month before the indicated date. It's not about the R16 I spent. It's the principle of the matter and expecting a pregnant woman to drink off juice.
