The yacht club here is amazing, the people are all friendly and smiles and it's the cleanest moorings I've seen in the Western Cape, you can even see all the starfish chilling on the rocks. The town is small and mostly geared for tourists though and the traffic is ridiculous but its cute for a walk around if you want to play stranger in your own area

Glencairn is the most under-rated beach in greater Cape Town. Warm water. Gentle back surge. Just amazing for a frikkin good day on the beach. Or try Simon's Town long beach - gorgeous! Best swimming beach. And so much to do in close range. Warm, gentle water. Cold beer. Awesome food.
