For what they charge they are robbing people they don't have a proper restaurant they don't have a bar no room service they only had one braai for the whole hotel .teir breakfast was a disaster sure it was reheated stuff from the day before did not like the open plan toilet no doors I paid R13500 .00 for 6 days checked out after the 2nd day and booked the royal Pam in umhlanga .

Calling it a boutique hotel is optimistic and four stars is not realistic.
There was hair on the dresser, cobwebs in the bathroom and the room smelled like mothballs. I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful location, stunning facility with big and lovely bathrooms, friendly staff, beach is few meters away, multiple shopping centers around and a lot of places for fun near. It's must visit spot, you'll never regret

The place is a perfect area and has alot of potential to be great,only if they clean properly.my room had lots of bugs in the shower area,and the stained carpet also gives a n impression that the place is not being taken cared of properly.

Pretty run down. Room 12 comfortable but shower shocking- no glass enclosure and floor and toilet gets soaked. Breakfasts very poor and limited choice. Staff pleasant but zero supervision. Despite website pics suggesting sea views, absolutely none! Max 2- 3 star establishment. Would not have stayed there had i known

Who-ever rated this as a 4 Star hotel has no idea of hotel standards. Fairways boutique hotel offer very poor value. The smell of damp in the rooms is so bad that it is a possible health risk. Outside tiled areas are in a pathetic state and dangerously slippery when wet.
