  The Edgars is much smaller as it used to be in the past. The merchandise is expensive but of a good quality. The store does not carry the variety of stock that it did in the past. The personnel are very friendly and helpful, but you have to look for someone to assist you when you need assistance. There are not enough personnel on duty at all times. The que for the the paypoints are too long.

  Edgar's traditionally is a shop that sells clothes as a department store with many different brands under one roof. Since the bankruptcy of stuttofords it's the last department store in South Africa.
  
  The stores have now been redone and look ultra modern and the best part is that the redone store in Eastgate has a cafeteria and coffee shop. You can get clothes and perfume and almost anything that is fashion related.

  Beautiful New store spoiled by poor service at cash out. Big sale. Q is 10 deep and only two tills open.

  To be honest the only reason I go there is because of the lady that helps me with my skincare products Ester from Elizabeth Arden 😊 she's the best!
